Therapy in English & Russian in Maryland
If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or disconnected from yourself, therapy can help you regain clarity and direction. Struggles with rejection, loneliness, loss, guilt, rumination, perceived failure, or low self-esteem can quietly shape how you see yourself and move through the world.
Through holistic, evidence-based therapy, we work to reconnect mind and body, restore emotional balance, and strengthen resilience. The focus is not just symptom relief, but meaningful, lasting change that helps you feel grounded, steady, and more fully yourself.

Individual therapy
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, combining Acceptance And Commitment Therapy (ACT) - my favorite modality, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and elements of attachment-based and mindfulness practices.
You can expect a safe and supportive space where you can connect with yourself, gain clarity about your feelings and needs, cultivate greater self-compassion, strengthen your resilience, and build more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others. No matter where you are in your journey, meaningful growth and positive change are possible—and you do not have to navigate it alone.

Couples therapy
Couples therapy is seeking to understand the root cause of behaviors to resolve challenges.
I like using the Gottman Method, a trusted, research-based approach that helps build a deeper sense of shared meaning and purpose within relationships. I also incorporate elements of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an attachment-based approach that helps partners and family members create more secure emotional bonds and singinicantly decrease negative interaction patterns.
Together, we can explore emotions and needs more deeply, improve communication, and develop healthier, more meaningful ways of connecting.

Therapy for teens
Adolescents have a sharp instinct for authenticity. They can sense what feels fake or forced, which is why they often respond well to my approach grounded in honesty, respect, and real connection.
In therapy, I help teens work through anxiety, stress, low mood, self-esteem, family conflict, identity questions, emotional regulation, and life transitions. The goal is not to “fix” a teenager or force them to talk before they are ready. The goal is to create a safe, grounded space where they can feel understood, build emotional awareness, develop healthier coping skills, strengthen self-trust, and learn how to communicate what they need more clearly — with themselves, their family, and the world around them.

Therapeutic Approach to Healing
My work integrates complex trauma-informed and nature-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DBT-informed interventions, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), somatic therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. Treatment is always tailored to each client’s individual needs, goals, and nervous system capacity.
I work with adults and adolescents. Services are offered via secure telehealth throughout Maryland, as well as nature-informed, in-person sessions when clinically appropriate.
I am licensed (LGPC) in the state of Maryland.
